Short history of Severi

Severi was developed at Kuhankoski Institute in 2001-2007 during a “virtual school project” where the main aims were to study if the students with severe learning difficulties can use e-learning and to create a platform suitable for them.
A brief introduction to Severi and to the project is found on: www.eevertti.net.
For this project Kuhankoski Institute received a quality award in 2004 for developing eLearning, granted by the Ministry of Education and the National Board of Education.
